Victoria Beckham had a busy day yesterday running around London. In the photo below, she’s leaving the Dorchester Hotel before she heads to the Radio 1 studios. I love her outfit, it’s very chic and classy.

Victoria was on Radio 1 at 11:30 GMT.

George Clooney may be quickly becoming a close friend of the couple, but Victoria says that he can’t hold a candle to her hubby, David.

“He was so nice, a real gentleman and absolutely hilarious,” Victoria The Sun during her interview. “He has a great sense of humor. But I think David is better looking than him. Definitely.”

This only leaves me to wonder when David will be named People’s Sexiest Man Alive!

David Beckham and the Los Angeles Galaxy played the Vancouver Whitecaps in a friendly last night. Unfortunately, the Galaxy fell 2-1 to the Whitecaps, who were playing at home.

David assisted the lone Galaxy goal, which was scored by Alan Gordon. David was actually injured for the game, playing with a bruised foot. He still managed to play out 75 minutes for the 75,000 fans who came to see him play.

The Galaxy will look to recoup this loss on sunday when they play FC Dallas.

Victoria Beckham is on a whirlwind London tour, promoting her fashion line. She only did one television interview and it was with GMTV. She chats about the tabloid gossip, which she doesn’t pay attention to, being on tour with the Spice Girls, living in the US, retiring from singing, David and more.

She also dispells several rumors about her, including being pregnant and preforming with the Pussycat Dolls.

She has a rotation of typical answers, but I always love watching her being interviewed. She’s always funny, gracious and classy.

Victoria Beckham has been enjoying her trip to London. Yesterday afternoon, she had a late lunch at the restaurant Scott’s. She wore a simple white sweater and colorful short skirt.

Her bodyguards stayed awfully close to her! I wonder if she’s amped up security for her trip or there was just a ton of paparazzi.

David Beckham has been called up by English coach Fabio Capello to play in the friendly against the USA and Trinidad and Tobago. The team plays the USA at Wembley Stadium on May 28th and then travels to the Carribbean to play Trinidad and Tobago on June 1st.

That’s quite a bit of traveling. I know David can handle it, but I hope David gets to see the field quite a bit during these games!

Rumors are flying that Victoria Beckham is going to be a film star! Despite the fact that Victoria has adamantly maintained she has no interest in acting–other than playing herself, as she did on Ugly Betty–there are not one, but two seperate film rumors circulating right now.

The first is one stating that Posh will star in pal Tom Cruise’s new film. Tom has asked Victoria is have a cameo role in his upcoming film Hardy Men, which stars Tom and Ben Stiller as grown-up versions of the Hardy boys.

I think a cameo isn’t too far out of reach. It would be something fun for Victoria to do, it would raise the profile of the movie a bit and a cameo is never tons and tons of work. I’m sure she could fit it into her busy schedule!

The second film rumor is one claiming that Victoria will play Lynn in Steve Coogan’s Alan Partridge film. Lynn was Partridge’s long-time assistant and apparently the role has been very difficult to cast.

“The Partridge film has been in pre-production for an age. One reason was because they couldn’t agree on Lynn,” a source told Marie Claire. “It was also important to them to have a Brit and someone with a sense of fun. Victoria is a big name but no one expected her to have such a rapier-like wit. She’s game to frump up for the role, too. She was practising her hangdog grimace to David on Monday. It was cracking him up.”

While do not doubt Victoria’s sense of humor, this rumor seems to be quite a stretch. When would Victoria find the time to fit in such a major role?

According to the Daily Mirror, Victoria Beckham will be putting her Spice Girl reunion tour outfits on auction. The proceeds will go to the David and Victoria Beckham Children’s Foundation, which works to help children in need.

Victoria is hoping that the outfits, which were designed by Robert Cavalli, will fundraise over $2 million for charity.

“I love all the outfits - for the memories they hold and for how beautiful they are,” Victoria has said. “But there has been a lot of interest in them and I want to harness that for the charity.”

I think this is a great idea. It will give fans something special to remember the tour by (that is, the fans who can afford it!) and will help needy children in Britain.

As for the exact details of the auction, they have yet to be determined.

“Victoria is putting together various ideas for the sale. She would consider offers from individuals - for the right price,” a spokesperson for the charity said. “It’s time for any high rollers out there to get their chequebooks out.”
