I am all confused now. So, we know that Jamie is Britney’s co-conservator and will serve as such until March 10th (at least). In addition, according to court documents released today, we learn that the SJB revocable trust which holds Britney’s actual money is, in facts in the hands of Britney’s brother Bryan and their attorney. The catch is that in the event that Britney is not competent of handling her own finances, “then Bryan Spears … and Ivan Taback [a partner in the personal planning department of the New York-based law firm Proskauer Rose] may act as successor co-trustees under the trust.” So this is how the estimated $100 million fortune went out of Britney’s hands – and into the control of her brother and a lawyer.

So one is in charge of her, and one is in charge of her money? Can anyone explain this to me?

According to LAPD sources, Sam Lutfi is under an LAPD investigation for allegedly drugging Britney Spears:

Law enforcement sources tell us the Major Crimes Division of the LAPD is on the case. The conservators have complained that Lutfi drugged Spears as a way of keeping her under his control. We’re told the investigation is very much active.

The allegations first arise with the initial conservatorship hearing when Lynn Spears gave her first-hand testimony. Sam later-on admitted in an interview to have offered Britney with prescrptioned medicine which was not meant for her.

Carrico sang “(Everything I Do) I Do It For You” and judge Simon Cowell told him he would be going to Hollywood.

PETA, the organization which was on Britney’s arse for a while about the pet abuse allegations, has turned around and is trying to help Britney in getting better.

In a recent letter to Britney’s mom, Peta president Ingrid Newkirk wrote:

“We have heard that Britney asked for ice-cream while she was in the hospital. There could, in fact, be a connection between her diet and her mental-health problems.

“Numerous reports indicate that in bipolar patients who have hidden dairy sensitivities (a fairly common condition), the disorder can worsen if the patient consumes dairy products.”

The organization suggested that Britney stops eating meat because medical research has shown there is a link between eating meat and the development of mental illness schizophrenia:

“A significant body of research - including evidence cited by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention - has linked parasites that are often found in undercooked meat (Toxoplasma gondii) to the development of schizophrenia.

“While the medical link between mental illness and meat and dairy consumption is still evolving, there is no doubt that eating animal products is a major factor in causing other diseases.”

Following a court session earlier this afternoon, the judge ruled to extend Jamie Spears’ Conservatorship for another 4 weeks (March 10th) when the court will meet again.

According to the original court papers:

“Immediate access to the trust’s liquid assets is necessary to pay for Britney’s security, and to pay for her medicine, food, other day-to-day expenses, and for psychiatric and other essential medical services,” the papers said.

In addition, Jaime’s attorney added that following 200 hours of searches, Sam Lutfi was still not served with the temporary restraining order. and that he asked the court for a renewal which was approved.

“We have made great effort to have Mr. Lutfi served,” said Cohen. “We staked out his residence at the hospital. We did many things we do not want to discuss right now. We have information he is intentionally avoiding service.”

The story about Britney Spears’ wedding to Adnan is evolving and include an entire scheme which was likely tailored by Adnan, here are some of the rumors according to STAR:

Adnan lied to Britney and is actually still married to AzLynn Berry. When she realized, Britney first DUMPED Adnan because she was so furious - but later gave him $250,000 to speed up his divorce so they could wed for real, according to Star. “He is promising her that they’d get married again once his divorce is final,” the source said.

The “wedding” took place when Britney and Adnan managed to sneak away and drove to Rosarito Beach Hotel in Mexico. “When Britney got out of hospital that first time Adnan talked her into going to Mexico to get married, saying that he was the only one who could protect her,” insists the source.

The two pulled off an amazingly detailed plot to foil the media including decoy private jets and security teams in New York, Las Vegas and Hawaii.

According to the report, Adnan had assured Britney he was legally divorced - even though he is not. “When Britney and Adnan got back to L.A., her ‘manager’ Sam Lutfi told her that Adnan was still married,” the source said. “She confronted him and threw him out. But he managed to worm his way back into her life, promising her that they’d get married again once his divorce is final.”

When Britney decided to give Adnan $250,000 to speed up the divorce, according to Star. “She was on a $1,000-a-day spending limit imposed by lawyers but she told them she needed the money to buy a new Mercedes,” the source says.

According to STAR, Britney’s lawyer Sorrel Trope had his suspicions over the wedding - and finally got proof of it on February 8. The next day, he quit, refusing to say why.

Now are even more complicated as her Jaime (Britney’s dad) has right to have legal control over his daughter’s affairs.

Insiders say it has left Britney torn between her “husband”, Adnan, and her parents, Jamie and Lynne. “Britney’s confused,” the insider said. “She’s afraid Adnan will bail on her, and she would do anything to keep him around.”

Another source says Britney’s friends are turning more against Adnan - and the marriage reports only add to it. They believe the British photographer is feeding off her confused mental state. “In all my years, I’ve never seen as big a dirtbag as this guy,” the source insists.

“I can’t believe how he has taken advantage of this woman when she was in such a fragile state.

“She is delusional, and he has fed off that.”

Britney Spears is MARRIED! That is what the new cover of STAR magazine is screaming… Britney Spears had apparently married Adnan in a private ceremony while in Mexico a few weeks back.

While the magazine itself has not been out, the New York Daily News quotes its own source this morning while reporting about Britney Spears’ marriage to Adnan:

The glossy says she “secretly wed” lens-lizard Adnan Ghalib during the visit - which is legally meaningless, as he has not yet divorced his previous wife, AzLynn Berry.

Star’s Candace Trunzo tells me: “Our source on this was not in Rosarito Beach at the ceremony, but is very familiar with the fact that [wedding] documents exist.”

More interestingly, the mag says Spears gave Ghalib $250,000 to grease AzLynn’s exit. She allegedly told her lawyers, who had imposed a grand-a-day spending limit, that she needed the cash for a new Mercedes.

Man, first we hear about Sam taking advantage of Britney for her money, now we hear about Adnan, where does this story end?

In an attempt to get Britney out of Los Angeles and away from the bad influence of Sam and Adnan, Britney’s parents are planning a limited world tour that will allow Brit some peace and quiet as well as self fulfillment. According to US Magazine sources: “Britney will be leaving the country in the next few weeks. She’ll train in privacy for a month, then go on a global tour.”

Awesome, is Las Vegas on the route?

If everything goes to shit, now we know that Britney can make a buck being a dance teacher. Brit gave her first class yesterday to a group of 4-9 year olds at the Millennium Dance Studios and made a dream come true to a few kids (& their parents).

Brit arrived at Millennium, a favorite refuge of hers, around 6 p.m. PT on Monday, hidden from the paparazzi. She was greeted by a group of eight children ages 4-9 — and certainly more than a few star-struck parents. An eyewitness tells OK! that Britney went up to each child and asked them their name and whether they liked Madonna, because that was the song they would be dancing to this evening.[SOURCE]

The kids, aged 4 to 97, were selected from the studio’s junior program. “The parents gave their permission, and they were thrilled. One parent summed it up: ‘It’s a once in a lifetime event.’”

Well, maybe not. Britney had so much fun, “She asked to please teach a class tomorrow,” said the parent, a longtime Spears friend. “We plan to put together a group of about 20 kids for her.”

Now, this is cute! Genuine positive Britney piece of news like we all learned to enjoy… Keep up the great work, Brit!
